Remote Recruiter – Strategic Accounts Team reputed company (SST) | Full-Time | Remote (Preferred: Texas-based candidates) reputed company is expanding our Strategic Accounts Team and looking for a resourceful, high-performing recruiter to support key accounts reputed company. This is a fast-paced, full-cycle reputed company role ideal for a true headhunter who thrives in a flexible, metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reputed company, engage, and submit highly skilled candidates for specialized, high-volume client accounts
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial reputed company through offer acceptance and reputed company
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams to understand technical role requirements and hiring goals
- reputed company ATS/CRM systems to strategically build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates
reputed company're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of reputed company experience, preferably in engineering roles reputed company construction, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas
- Contract reputed company experience is required
- Strong sourcing skills using reputed company Recruiter and creative reputed company strategies
- Texas-based candidates strongly preferred (especially Houston or Austin)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation: $80,000 – $125,000+
