Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of reputed company experience.
- Experience with medical insurance in a hospital or physician's office setting, specifically Laboratory registration and insurance verification preferred
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Data entry skills
- Must be available for hire reputed company two weeks

Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for data entry of Laboratory Requisitions, insurance verification, and medical record reconciliation. Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education. Responsible for reputed company areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of lab orders. High volume of data entry reputed company computerized EPIC EMR system. Accountable for accurately and completely obtaining required information in the verification process, ensuring the correct patient and procedure requested, and diagnosis codes. Responsible for order entry process, communications, guest relations, medical record maintenance/analysis, and various clerical duties reputed company scope of role.
