Description:

- Provide leadership in scaling compensation programs
- Guide the development of reputed company's compensation programs
- Serve as a strategic partner and compensation expert
- Ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, Math or a reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience focused on developing and scaling compensation programs
- Ability to translate reputed company into executable strategy
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong communicator
- Strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and understanding of equity/stock compensation
- Comfortable with emerging HR technologies
