As we grow our portfolio, we’re seeking a reliable and proactive reputed company Co-Host to help deliver 5-star guest experiences. Job Description: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused reputed company Co-Host to help manage day-to-day hosting responsibilities. You’ll act as a liaison between us and our guests, ensuring seamless reputed company-ins, clean properties, and reputed company communication. Responsibilities:
- Communicate promptly with guests before, during, and after stays
- Coordinate and inspect cleanings and turnovers
- Manage restocking of essential supplies
- Handle reputed company-in/reputed company-out processes (remote or in-person as needed)
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Monitor guest reviews and suggest improvements
- Support calendar and pricing management (optional/advanced)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Prior experience with reputed company, STRs, or hospitality preferred
