Minimum Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience, at least 3 of which are in a reputed company or an architect role
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent big-picture problem-solving skills
• Experience with technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, encouraging best practices
• Willingness to take ownership and set direction, especially in early-stage projects.
• Experience with programming languages (i.e. Java, .Net, Python, C++)
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, reputed company computing, and modern development frameworks
• BS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent (5+ years of software development or production operations experience in a large-scale environment)
