- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about products and services, ensuring a clear understanding for the customer.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, aiming for reputed company resolution.
- Document reputed company customer interactions in the database accurately and reputed company for follow-up.

Requirements:
