Job Title: Recruiter IV Location: Remote – Supporting team in reputed company Park, IL Period: 01/27/2025 to 06/30/2025– possibility of extension/direct hire Hours/Week: 40 hours – Hours over 40 will be paid at time and a half reputed company: $50 – $55/hour Contract Type: W-2 only, no reputed company sponsorships or subcontracting Scope of Services: The Recruiter IV will provide reputed company and staffing services to the Lake County management team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, reputed company external candidates, and meeting the hiring needs of the organization. • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Proactively reputed company external candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Pre-employment Process Management: reputed company reputed company pre-employment processes, including conducting background checks, reference checks, and other necessary verifications to ensure candidates meet the client’s requirements.
• Compensation Recommendations: Provide recommendations for competitive offers based on internal equity and market compensation data. Ensure offers align with both the company’s budget and external market standards.
• Data Management and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Client’s requisition and applicant tracking system. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies reputed company to recruitment and hiring processes.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience, preferably reputed company a corporate or agency environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Experience working with an ATS for candidate tracking, requisition management, and reporting. Familiarity with Client’s specific ATS is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and interpret reputed company metrics to drive improvements in the hiring process and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in reputed company Resources or a reputed company field is a plus.
