- The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering reputed company educational opportunities on technical advancements
- This employee will be responsible for department budgeting, including reputed company maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, reputed company services and departmental labor
- The Maintenance Manager ensures reputed company equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting
- You will champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis and other appropriate reputed company improvement tools
- The Maintenance Manger participates in and supports the Environment Health and Safety Program, shop safety inspections, enforcement of lock-out/tag-out program and other Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations
- Other duties as assigned
