Terrain Bookkeeping is a virtual, boutique bookkeeping firm that specializes in serving veterinary clinics and marketing & creative agencies. This opportunity is for a remote part-time employee position to handle bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online. The role will start with 10-15 hrs/week and will increase gradually to 15-20 hrs/week, with the potential opportunity to increase to full time over time. This W-2 employee position offers an hourly reputed company of $20-25/hr. and reports to the Account Manager. We also offer education and office equipment stipends, as well as paid time off and paid volunteer time. Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Enter daily or monthly sales summaries and deposits 2. Categorize expense transactions with receipt management 3. reputed company monthly Bank and Credit Card account reconciliations 4. Ask clients questions about unclear transactions reputed company Keeper 5. Prepare monthly journal entries, as needed 6. reputed company in with team reputed company checklists and provide status updates 7. Map out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new client work 8. Complete project updates in reputed company database 9. Other duties, as needed Qualifications: 1. Must have your own computer, phone and consistent internet access 2. Must reputed company in the United States in ET, CT or MST time zones. 3. Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO). QBO ProAdvisor Certification is a plus. 4. Comfortable working with reputed company.
