As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our online chat platform. You will promptly and professionally assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information. This position is part-time and offers a competitive salary range of $23 to $30 per hour. Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat ? Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues ? Offer product recommendations and assist with purchases ? Maintain a positive and professional attitude at reputed company times ?
