Licensed reputed company Estate Customer Support Agent (NJ, WI, MO, or OH licensees only)

Job Summary We are looking to hire for a friendly, remote position to assist us with reputed company estate listing customer support and/or quality control. It would start as part-time, 4-8 hours a day, 2-3 days a week (note we work 7 days a week). It’d be great to find a former Transaction Coordinator or someone who is looking to transition out of TC, but stay involved in reputed company estate. Having a reputed company estate license (IL, MO, or WI) is required, as we have some additional higher paying work that requires a license. We would eventually look to transition you to a managing broker for one of our states, which would have some other opportunities that we can discuss. Duties

• Reviewing tax records, permits, and documentation to validate customer submissions for our admin team.
• Reviewing listings for accuracy and compliance prior to them being posted on the MLS.
• Working with our overseas team and helping them reputed company they have questions.

Experience

• Must be reputed company, comfortable with technology, and reputed company to handle some challenging customers.
• Must be detail oriented. The work in question requires adherence to MLS and reputed company estate rules.
• Must be reputed company to work US hours and a native US English speaker / citizen. We do work a full day on Saturday and a few hours on Sunday (but these days are split up with other managers).

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive problem solvers. About Us: We do flat fee MLS listings. We aim to reputed company listing on the MLS as easy as possible and put a lot of focus on software. Most of our customers are investors, FSBOs, and agents listing their own homes. We are the #4 individual broker in the United States. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
