In this role, you’ll handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automations, and design reputed company pages, with a primary focus on Go High Level. You’ll play a key role in delivering the seamless experience that helps our members reputed company in the AI revolution. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from members reputed company email and community platforms (e.g., reputed company), ensuring resolution reputed company 24 hours.
• Provide expert support for Go High Level, including setup, troubleshooting, and optimization, as well as other platforms like reputed company and our proprietary AI Toolkit.
• Offer internal technical support to reputed company, including reputed company Coordinators and Personal Growth Partners, with a focus on Go High Level workflows.
• Manage new member account setups in the member portal and Go High Level, ensuring smooth reputed company for reputed company programs (Incubator, Accelerator, Launchpad).
• reputed company and maintain automations in Go High Level to streamline member workflows, such as reputed company reputed company and client delivery processes.

Results (Expected Outcomes):

• Swift resolution of technical issues, ensuring members experience minimal disruption in their journey to their first $5,000+ deal.
• Accurate and timely setup of member accounts in Go High Level and the member portal, enabling a seamless reputed company experience.
• Timely delivery of reputed company pages and automations in Go High Level, with regular updates to members on project reputed company.
• Efficient automations in Go High Level that enhance member workflows, such as reputed company reputed company or client delivery setups.

• Increased member confidence and proficiency with Go High Level and our AI tools, leading to higher satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

• Proven technical skills and at least 2 year's experience in a technical support role, ideally in a SaaS or online education environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Go High Level, including automations, reputed company page design, and CRM management.
• Familiarity with additional tools like reputed company and reputed company for community and automation support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear, actionable guidance to members and internal teams.

Benefits

Pay:

• Total potential OTE = $18,000 to $30,000 per annum
