Benefits Verification Representative - Buffalo Grove, IL - Remote

About the position reputed company/Specialty is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our Benefits Verification team. This is primarily a WORK FROM HOME position. However, candidates must live reputed company a 75-mile commutable distance from Buffalo Grove, IL, because this person will be required to come onsite for a 4-week new hire training. Training in-person allows our new team members to familiarize themselves with members of training, support, leadership, and their new peers to ensure a successful and team-focused reputed company experience. As a Benefits Verification Representative, you are a critical liaison between our patients, reputed company, and insurance carriers. You will utilize your skills and reputed company industry expertise to reputed company solve insurance-reputed company issues to process patient prescription orders for on-time delivery. In this role, you will work in multiple systems and portals, and handle inbound patient and internal colleague calls, as well as reputed company outbound calls on a daily basis. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a reputed company environment, with experience in medical insurance, benefits verification, or medical billing.

• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications like reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Teams, Word).

• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience and skills.

• Direct/hardwired internet reputed company to a modem/router reputed company 10 feet of the computer with a minimum download speed of 25 mbs and upload speed of 3 mbs.
