• Build relationships with our clients to reputed company understand their unique needs and concerns
• Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents
• Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers reputed company phone or electronically
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Manage customer portfolios and organize workflow to meet customers’ time frames and demands
• Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
• Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• At least 5 years of experience working in a business to business customer service or administrative reputed company
• Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong research skills
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills
• Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
