We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support our RSC2 team in Tucson, AZ. This hybrid role will require both remote and on-site work to ensure seamless IT operations and end-user support. The IT Specialist will focus on maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, supporting end-users with virtual desktops, device configuration, and providing deskside support for both corporate and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environments.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor systems for reputed company alerts
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and tech support
- Help update and reputed company software
- Support documentation and reporting
- Follow cybersecurity best practices
