Patient reputed company to collect payments and coordinate payment plans ? Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes accordingly with patients ? Coordinate patient profiles with appropriate pharmacy support and services ? Customer service calls to ensure accuracy and address patient satisfaction Skills & Abilities ? Requirements ? Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED required. ? If no prior pharmacy experience, must be committed to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification reputed company one year of employment. ? Prior pharmacy technician experience specifically with medication billing, preferred. ? Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred. ?
