- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process reputed company reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Provide superior guest services including reputed company-in/reputed company-out hotel guests courteously and reputed company; process reputed company payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- ONQ PMS system experience preferred.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
