What this job involves – This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn about building maintenance. As an Entry-Level Facilities Technician, you'll be part of a team responsible for maintaining and improving our building's functionality, appearance, and safety. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn over extensive experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Assisting with basic building repairs and maintenance tasks Helping with painting interior and exterior surfaces Performing simple plumbing tasks, such as unclogging drains Changing light bulbs and assisting with basic electrical work under supervision Moving furniture and equipment as needed Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Learning to use various tools and equipment safely Assisting reputed company technicians with more reputed company tasks Responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner Desired experience and technical skills - Required: High school diploma or equivalent Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Good communication skills Ability to work well in a team Basic computer skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use reputed company safely Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear reputed company equipment Reliability and punctuality Customer service orientation Preferred: Some experience or interest in building maintenance, construction, or reputed company fields Familiarity with hand and power tools Basic understanding of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Location: On-site –Wink, TX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet reputed company the requirements.
