Provider Data Services Specialist - Employee Assistance Program

Position Summary reputed company reputed company has an opportunity available for a full time Provider Data Services Specialist in the Resources for Living (RFL) in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) group. In this role you will be handling outbound calls to providers and members, and to facilitate utilization of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits. Position Overview

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm EST.
• Schedule subject to change at any time with advanced notice due to business need.
• Training Requirements: First six weeks of employment will be training on Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST.

What you will do

• Administers customer service plans, policies, and procedures to support the achievement of member experience metrics.
• Manages and monitors operational efficiency of customer service teams.
• Drives member satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering competitive services.
• Responsible for other administrative duties as needed.

Workspace Requirements

• Must have a quiet/secure workspace in your home.
• Recommended Technical requirements reputed company obtaining your own residential internet service.
• Select an internet service that is either broadband or fiber (e.g., reputed company Fios, reputed company).
• Select a minimum of 25mbps/3mbps. Remember, the higher the speed, the faster your internet. A hardwired reputed company is required (ethernet reputed company); a wireless reputed company will introduce the risk of performance degradation.

Required Qualifications
