Director, Growth Data Engineering

High-energy self-starter with a passion for data. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen, and interest in contributing to roadmaps and strategy discussions. Exceptional communication skills, and can translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for business partners. Familiarity with machine learning and/or experimentation (A/B) testing a plus. Experience working in a growth-reputed company domain (e.g. pricing, identity, payments, partnerships) is a plus. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
