About the position reputed company McCambridge, a national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate/Of Counsel Attorney for its litigation group in our reputed company office. The attorney will be responsible for covering depositions and preparing subsequent reporting for a variety of practice areas, with an initial focus on toxic tort defense matters. This position can be fully remote with a full or part-time flexible schedule, but office space is available if desired. The ideal candidate will possess a reputed company, active license to practice law in any United States jurisdiction and have a minimum of 2 years' experience taking depositions and reporting to clients and/or insurance carriers. The role requires the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to analyze reputed company legal issues and produce top-quality work.
