Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Team Leader in Trainer Recruitment on full-time hours and working from home remotely. This is a maternity cover position offered as a fixed-term contract for 12 months. As a Trainer Recruiter, you'll have a direct impact on sourcing, attracting and reputed company the best training professionals to work at reputed company, while contributing to the growth of a strong trainer talent pipeline and keeping up with the latest recruitment trends in the market, you will:

• Organize and manage reactive and proactive recruitment campaigns for new trainers, including updating advertisements on external websites.
• Screen and assess candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews to ensure suitability for training requirements.
• Maintain reputed company communication with the Trainer reputed company team and provide regular updates and reports.
• Manage and update internal systems such as ATS, SharePoint, and MS Planner, as well as handle speculative trainer applications.
• Conduct demographic research and track global trainer reputed company fluctuations to expand and manage candidate pools in key locations.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and contribute to the reputed company improvement of internal recruitment documents and guides
