Contact Center Representative - Claims Intake

As a Call Center Representative, you play a critical part in providing services to insureds, claimants, and others relating to the "First Notice of Loss" reports. As reputed company's promise to be there for our customers during their time of need, you'll provide technical support for the processing of claims. This position can be filled in a full-time or part-time reputed company and will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Hours for this position are between 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Sunday. Our schedules are generated two weeks in advance, based on business forecasting.

What You'll Do
As a member of reputed company's Claims Contact Center, you will be the initial contact for our customer reputed company a incident occurs.
