We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative (Call Center experience).to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest reputed company companies. • The call coordinator will answer phone calls from potential and existing reputed company customers; ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Candidates will be taking 200+ calls daily. This position is fully remote
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with reputed company the calls they handle.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates are required to provide their own equipment for this role.

Training Schedule:

• Training Period: Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Nesting Period: Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, depending on class size and trainer availability.

Performance Metrics:

• Schedule Adherence: 95%+
• Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds.
• Call Accuracy: Regular audits to ensure proper script following and correct actions taken during calls.

Screening and reputed company:

• Candidates must complete screenings and drug tests reputed company 48 hours of an offer.

Attendance Policy:
