Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable reputed company Estate Cold Calling Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads by making outbound cold calls and sending text messages to potential property sellers and buyers. Your efforts will help grow our reputed company estate business by identifying motivated prospects and setting appointments for our acquisitions or sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Send follow-up text messages to prospects to engage and qualify leads.
• Identify motivated sellers and interested buyers through effective communication.
• Schedule appointments and transfer reputed company leads to the sales/acquisitions team.
