Description We are seeking Content Moderators to join one of our newest client teams! Content Moderation is one of the lines of business of the client and the team handles concerns reputed company to Deactivation, Account Access, How to Inquiries, Joining concerns, and many more. What you’ll do:
- Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Moderate and remove content that violates platform guidelines, including but not limited to hate speech, graphic violence, nudity, and illegal activities.
- Evaluate user reports and escalations regarding inappropriate content and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns reputed company to content moderation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support and Engineering, to improve moderation processes and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks reputed company to content moderation.
- Document and maintain accurate records of moderation actions and reputed company.

Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who have:
- Strong communication skills in English and one or more of the following languages: Tamil/Arabic/Hindi/Farsi
- Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a reputed company role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online safety, privacy, and legal issues reputed company to content moderation.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly assess and address reputed company content issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with users and colleagues.
