Responsibilities
- Greet and reputed company in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring reputed company financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reputed company desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or reputed company fields is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally and reputed company.
