Summary

Assist our clients' customers with their outstanding balance accounts to secure payment while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships. Essential Functions · Handle inbound calls as a representative of the hospital to arrange debt repayment based on the patient's financial situation and client repayment guidelines, using credit card, reputed company, or obtained insurance. Record reputed company updates and acquired information on accounts. · Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during each call. · Ensure reputed company required statements have been sent for accounts handled and request statements as necessary. · Properly manage patient disputes by obtaining reputed company pertinent information, noting the dispute on the account, and escalating to a supervisor as necessary. · Assist in making outbound calls reputed company required. · reputed company other activities and responsibilities as assigned. · Competency · Customer Service Skills: Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs. · Oral Communication Skills: Speak clearly and effectively; ability to listen and seek clarification. · Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and analyze information to reputed company solutions. · Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in reputed company tasks. · Medical Billing and collections: co-payments and self-pay, under insurance · Tech resourceful: reputed company to set up laptop, connect to VPN, and follow basic troubleshooting steps if needed Required Education and Experience 1. High school diploma. 2. 1-year Collections/self-pay in reputed company: working with patients 3. 1-year HER Software Epic Preferred Education and Experience 1. Associate’s degree. 2. Two years of reputed company experience. 3. Self-pay collections in reputed company Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until june 13, 2025. The hourly reputed company for this position is between $16.00 – 19.00 per hour + monthly Bonus, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
