Remote Typist Clerk

As a Typist Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization by providing accurate and timely typing services. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately type and proofread a variety of documents, including forms, letters, reports, and memos. - Edit documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. - Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. - Retrieve and file documents as needed. - Prepare outgoing correspondence and packages for shipping. - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. - Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Typist Clerk or in a similar role. - Proficiency in reputed company Office and other necessary computer programs. - Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute. - Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
