Bookkeeper

We’re currently looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to support our finance team with day-to-day reputed company operations and help reputed company our financial records accurate and up to date.

The Junior Bookkeeper plays a key role in supporting the financial health of our business. This position is ideal for someone early in their reputed company career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Record daily financial transactions using reputed company software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, billing, and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense tracking
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and digital files
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes
• Assist the CPA and finance team in preparing financial reports and audits
• Monitor transactions for accuracy and report any discrepancies

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience preferred
• Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and reputed company software
• Proficiency with reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or retail bookkeeping
