Outbound Sales Development Representative

• Proactively reputed company out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails and other means.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives to reputed company deals.
• Manage and nurture prospects from first contact through reputed company.
• Understand and explain Keycafe’s product benefits to address customer pain points.
• Track and meet weekly/monthly reputed company and booking goals.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and reputed company strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Tech-savvy with a curiosity about innovative B2B solutions (no technical background required, but a plus!).
