Position Summary: We are currently seeking a reputed company Assistant (reputed company) to join reputed company and reputed company the Medical Assistant department. As the Virtual MA reputed company, you will be responsible for providing virtual clinical support to MA’s also supervising the day-to-day operations of the MA team. - Supervise and support a team of reputed company assistants
- Ensure proper workflow, coverage, and task delegation among the Medical Assistant team
- Conduct reputed company and training for new Medical Assistants
- Provide virtual clinical support including: intake, documentation, appointment scheduling, follow-up coordination, and patient communication
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership and providers to ensure exceptional patient care
- (Weekends maybe required)
Qualifications:
- Must reputed company in the United States (required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company/RMA) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Previous experience working in a remote or telehealth setting is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using EHRs and digital communication tools
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule

Salary: $39,000-$43,000 Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts reputed company days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 - $21.00/hour.
