ResponsibilitiesJob Requirement:Advocates for patient's unmet needs. Provides clinical reputed company (counseling, support) as needed.Ensure coordination of community agency services and resources by serving as a liaison between the medical and community providers as appropriate to meet family needs.Provide individual, group, family or marriage therapy. Baker Act patients as needed.Collaborates with physicians, nursing, customer service and administrative staff.Confers with Supervisor on caseload responsibilities.Counsels with patient and family and may involve community resources.Promotes a patient- and family-centered care environment for ethical decision making. Advocates for patients to promote reputed company and outcomes. Promotes autonomous decision making by patients.Serves as a liaison between this program and other areas of service that interact with this program and patients.
