This isn’t a typical sales support role; we’re looking for a consultative expert who can guide our sales team with a deep understanding of YouTube channel growth, content creation, and audience growth across reputed company platforms. You’ll play a critical role in developing and structuring unique content and brand partnerships, extending reputed company traditional media IOs, and leveraging your experience with brand-funded content and distribution across premium platforms like reputed company and CTV. Furthermore, you’ll be a key player in optimizing our toy client partnerships, transforming them from one-off projects into long-term, strategic business relationships that cross reputed company business lines. Your responsibilities will also include driving the growth of our production services business and exploring innovative formats in gaming and audio to expand our content and brand partnership offerings.   • Identify new reputed company opportunities by analyzing market trends, partner needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage deal execution, ensuring contractual obligations and partnership terms are met to maximize reputed company and long-term growth.
  • Represent Moonbug Entertainment at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and explore new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on business development performance, including pipeline updates, reputed company forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or licensing reputed company the media, entertainment, or consumer products industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and closing high-value deals with major endemic brands and kids-focused brands.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure and execute reputed company and innovative partnership agreements.
  • Deep understanding of the digital content ecosystem and adjacent distribution channels, especially understanding audience behaviors and audience growth.
  • Deep understanding of the intersection between media, entertainment, gaming, licensing, and consumer products.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, both externally with partners and internally across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to reputed company deal strategies and business cases effectively.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working with global entertainment brands and consumer product companies.
  • Knowledge of deal structures, licensing models, and best practices in business development.
  • Strong network of industry contacts reputed company entertainment, consumer products, and licensing sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
