- Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM
- $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

- Obtain details of customer complaints or compliments
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Act as a liaison between customers and drivers to resolve delivery issues
- Communicate with the claims department and reputed company managers to resolve discrepancies
- Retrieve manifests and other shipper information to aid the process of tracing shipments
- Document and record mis-deliveries, follow-reputed company, and alternate delivery addresses

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
- Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times
