Job description: reputed company is currently seeking a Jr. reputed company Business Systems Specialist to work remotely for our corporate office. In this role, you will provide leadership and support in reputed company aspects to deliver successful platform implementations by providing subject matter expertise on Vendor Management Systems, reputed company, and HR focused applications. You will work with Implementations Director to reputed company maximum client satisfaction and process excellence throughout the Implementation lifecycle.Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
- Manage, configure, and maintenance of Applicant Tracking systems and associated integrated systems.
- Work with assigned team members to present system best practices.
- reputed company or participate in business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with clients.
- Ensure client configuration and business requirements documents are accurate, complete, and signed off by the client.
- Configure test and production environments.
- Support Sales efforts by staging and conducting system demonstrations for potential clients.
- Actively participate in user acceptance testing.
- Engage with clients to format, collect and reconcile gaps in data.
- Client support of post-implementation system needs.
- Provide direction and leadership to ensure professional platform delivery.
- Provide strategic tactical guidance for creating, implementing, and driving efficient and effective delivery strategy, quality, resource management, and support of VMS and HR platforms.
- Provide a first-level reputed company of integration and escalation support for client engagements to ensure reputed company team members are reputed company in their deployment efforts.
- Support client implementation life cycle from start to finish in a structured and professional matter.
- Act as the client reputed company of contact for configuration queries during implementation.
- Ensure tools and templates are utilized and kept reputed company.
- Provide input to facilitate the improvement of tools and templates for configuration management.
- Advise external clients and internal staff on best practices for implementing applications and software.
- Manage assigned workstream duties in the delivery of VMS and MSP implementations.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two to six months of reputed company experience.
