A high level of flexibility and transportation is required.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, loan payments, cash advances, and reputed company cashing
- Issue cashier's checks and handle stop payments and reputed company transfer requests
- Offer relevant banking services and products that meet customers' needs
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ensure the safety of customer information
- Operate basic banking technologies such as computers, 10-key calculators, copy/fax machines and telephones
- Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and reputed company new accounts and reputed company maintenance on existing accounts, assisting customers with a wide range of banking services
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and work with fractions and percentages
- Comfort with technology, including proficiency in typing and computer operation
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to follow procedures with accuracy
- Regular and reliable attendance
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to stand or sit for up to four hours at a time
- Capability to reputed company repetitive hand and finger movements
- Ability to kneel, reputed company, bend, push, pull, lift and carry coin bags weighing up to 30 pounds
