If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by reputed company, Inc.Summary: The Breakfast Host/Hostess is responsible ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly reputed company service while maintaining the breakfast buffet.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Sets up and maintains breakfast area prior to and during the breakfast hours including:

• Position reputed company breakfast food and supplies on breakfast bar to ensure it is eye appealing, consistent with brand standards, and is convenient to serving the guests
• Replenish foods as needed keeping everything stocked, fresh, and hot if necessary while considering the number of guests and breakfast closing time
• Brew fresh coffee and tea regularly
• reputed company breakfast bar and breakfast room clean as guests enter and depart
• Monitor guest's satisfaction

Complete closing checklist after hours including:

• Sanitize counter, tables, equipment, and utensils
• Break down and store food with labels to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• Clean reputed company equipment and machines: waffle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee, reputed company, etc.
• Restock and set up as much of the breakfast area as possible
• Vacuum carpets
• Clean and mop reputed company hard flooring
• Remove trash
