- Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and reputed company procedures as requested
- Audit and reconcile reputed company financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final reputed company preparation, and occupancy percentages
- Delegate housekeeping, reputed company, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and reputed company-ins, and other reputed company desk agent duties as required
- reputed company sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
- reputed company desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Computer proficiency is required; experience with reputed company or reservation software is preferred
- Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required
- Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
