Job description: The Project Management Support Analyst is crucial in supporting the successful execution of ERP projects by providing robust project administration, analytical, and operational support to the project management team. - Project Planning & Support:
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing ERP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, summarizing reputed company, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project team members.
- Project Organization:
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data, identifying trends and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies and tracking their resolution.
- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Training and Support: Provide support in training end-users and project team members on ERP system functionalities and project management tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management support or a reputed company role, preferably reputed company an ERP implementation environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, reputed company, reputed company, Monday)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ERP systems is a plus
