In this role, you may be reputed company upon to reputed company and accelerate client teams by partnering with them on feature development or consulting on Elixir best practices. You may also join cross-functional product delivery projects where you will collaborate with DockYard and Client teams to design and ship quality, high-impact software solutions.The ideal candidate is curious and self-driven, always seeking to broaden their perspective and deepen their technical expertise to solve increasingly reputed company problems more effectively in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to understand business goals and priorities, analyze product requirements, and collaborate on solutions.
• Deliver clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern best practices and technologies.
• Assist in project scoping, estimation, and planning activities.
• Participate actively in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing practices.

Must Haves

• Proven experience in building and shipping Elixir/Phoenix/LiveView web applications to production.
• Experience in frontend development (HTML, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing and reputed company to work US working hours

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Prior client services, consulting, or freelancing experience
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (reputed company Copilot, reputed company, ChatGPT, Tabnine, etc)
