This individual will report directly to the Head of Advanced Analytics (Community Support and Aircover), and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic business and product initiatives through detailed data analysis, experimentation, statistical modeling, and the development of reporting tools and metrics. The individual will be instrumental in driving reputed company across topic areas such as agent tooling, AI assist digital assets and contact channels. Your Expertise:

• A quantitative undergraduate degree with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, with 12+ years of industry experience in a Data Science, Analytics, or equivalent role and 8+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of team development.
• Prior experience in data science, product analytics reputed company a marketplace and pricing / monetization products.
• Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, reputed company inference, and familiarity with LLMs
