This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Hours: Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM.Position ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll reputed company you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
