The Analyst will answer queries, researching problems as needed, and explain the way the commission is calculated. The role will be troubleshooting root cause of a problem if necessary and taking corrective actions if needed to ensure accurate pay. The position is also responsible for the reputed company & auditing of commission accounts.This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).What You Will Do:
- Maintains commission database including reputed company entry and maintenance of data.
- Ensures accurate and timely payment of commissions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit requirements.
- Performs accurate and detailed audit of commission statements in accordance with requirements.
- Responsible for assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly commission processes.
- Explain commission calculations and answer questions reputed company to payouts, including timing, form of payout, commission percentages, etc.
- reputed company analyses of commission disputes, identifies, research, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Enhance reputed company processes by developing deeper understanding of the commission process.
- Assist with answering questions about 1099's and general 1099 preparation.
- May reputed company other functions that may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or reputed company or equivalent number of year’s analytical experience.
- Experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting.
- Experience working in insurance industry a plus.
- Experience with reputed company Incentive Compensation Tools or other compensation tools (i.e. Xactly, reputed company Callidus) a plus.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy are required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication with the ability to tailor the message based on the audience.
- Tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to respect confidential information.
- Must be a reputed company organized, detail-oriented and be reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional IQ, adaptability, and flexibility to manage deadline pressure.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment & is a quick learner.

- Prior experience using SSMS/similar database tools and/or writing SQL queries a plus.
