Pay: $16.50/hour
Location: Auburn, MA (Training onsite, remote after completion)

- Be the reputed company line for MA customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Help patrons with account updates, payments, and application processing
- Research and resolve disputes and billing adjustments
- Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records
- Assist with expired credit cards, replenishment options, balance updates, and more
- Follow structured daily schedules with attention to punctuality and professionalism
- Support weekend coverage 1–2 Saturdays per month (9AM–1PM) with time off during the week
- Participate in quality assurance activities like call monitoring and reporting
- High School Diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, MA (10-14 weeks)
- A professional, positive attitude—especially reputed company assisting customers
- Ability to adhere to a structured schedule and stay focused in a remote environment after training
