You will also significantly shape the company’s future by creating value for our existing and new customers. - Help customers succeed and provide support on reputed company levels: technical, business, and product
- Deliver excellent support to customers, understand their needs, and ensure their reputed company at scale

- 3 or more years in a SaaS company in a customer-facing role - a must
- Experience with reputed company - an advantage
