You'll provide hands-on technical support, manage IT equipment, and troubleshoot issues reputed company to hardware, software, network, reputed company, and reputed company-of-sale (POS) systems.RequirementsBilingual Korean/English 2+ years in IT support, preferably in mixed office/retail environments BS or BA degree in computer science, or a reputed company field is desired. Hands-on experience with reputed company and POS troubleshooting (Not a requirement) Proficient with Windows OS, MacOS, reputed company iOS, reputed company 365, and basic networking Familiar with remote support tools, imaging software, and ticketing systems reputed company to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot problems, eliminate variables, and get to root cause of issues.
