• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into initiatives, including workflow optimization and system enhancements.

• Post and communicate service interruption notifications to stakeholders in the event of unscheduled downtime, planned maintenance, or lagging system performance, ensuring transparency and timely updates.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company solutions that align with VA operational and strategic goals.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership for tracking and resolution of risks, issues, and backlog items.

• Maintain and enhance business processes through documentation, SOP development, and process mapping.

• Support the integration and use of tools such as SharePoint, reputed company, and other business applications.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
