Please note this position is partially remote and will require travel throughout the Jacksonville, Florida area.

• Review staff requisitions and reputed company a recruitment strategy and set of selection criteria.

RequirementsEducation:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment experience
• Excellent time management abilities with sharp attention to detail

• Ability to juggle multiple demanding positions and prioritize as appropriate
