Position oversees the quality assurance program for vocational rehabilitation services and requires extensive travel reputed company the western region of the state. Key responsibilities include conducting audits of casework records to ensure compliance with program standards and federal regulations; consulting with field staff and management on casework issues; and providing training and technical guidance to counselors and other field-based personnel. The role also involves administering the promotional testing process for independent rehabilitation counselors.
